Never Stop

of course i never stop caring.
but i never forget the actions.
of course i never stop thinking.
which cripples my mind from reactions.
sitting there in the silence.
pondering on my future.
where will i end up.
where will i go.
will i ever return and start a new.
or will i just end up alone and abused.
unable to trust myself or anyone else.
walk this path before me with no one by my side.
that's worth my recognition and wont lie and hide.
the pure of heart the strength of many.
will she be my ally or the face of my enemy.
the eyes of a savior or the soul of the demon.
will i rise with an angel or be devoured by the heathen.
with the same taste for good and not for drug.
will she embrace my love or sweep it under the rug.
ill keep climbing this mountain, follow every path.
i will never drop, nor will i ever stop.
to get to the end of the road. till on my death bed i lye.
till i see the warmth of my lovers eye.
