John Keefe Poems
When in the morning you put on your teacher-face and think Professional. Proper, Prim and Prepared.
It’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen, when Lobsters are fresh they’re always green, .

When in the morning
you put on your teacher-face
and think Professional.
Proper, Prim and Prepared.
Clothing just right to Present a Pretty Picture.
Your mind washed clean of things Procreational.
You Perform that daily lobotomy - keeping everything in Perspective - making Perfect sense.
Your Preparation casual and calm and comfortable.
Nothing in the way to Prevent you from your job...
now you know that -
on the desk
in the room
at the blackboard
I stand like a shadow
making you gasp
making you remember
(making you wet and aroused) ...
