Comments about Jan Hauck
There was a time when help and care walked to my left,
With me and talked with me to my mind with a smile,
But every mile or two, I remember, I walked ahead,
And hope was not seen but forgotten, walking behind me,
Not giving up. In a habit of losing hope, I never lost it
Because it did not lose me, kept up with my pace.
Waiting for a time when I needed to turn around,
Exhausted from losing what was not lost.
