Avarice

Its the law of nature,
everyone who is a creature
has to die at last
with a disease, or a blast!

In his whole life, man earns money
but, with himself, he can't take a penny

When he becomes a lad,
he can't distinguish, good from bad
To get the wealth, he becomes evil
actually man, follows the devil

He does this all, to get the money
But with himself, he can't take a penny

Man becomes a jail-bird & ne'er becomes free,
better than his life, is the life of a tree,
death is the thing, that a man has to bear
while a tree gets life, after every year

He wants a life, as that of honey
still, with himself, he can't take a penny

Man gets all riches & treasures
and still wants more & more pleasures
He takes with himself, only his deeds,
his faith is the thing, that he needs

His life exhausts in making money
but with himself, he doesn't take a penny

O! ! Man, God gave you everything, to ration
being sated with riches, is your passion
But, death is borne by every soul
be it innocent or, be it cruel

So don't mar your life, in making money
because with yourself, you'll not take a penny
