I often remember
The days of my childhood,
Especially when I am
In a nostalgic mood!

The joy of doing
Whatever I want,
There were no responsibilities
On me to haunt!

The joy of wandering
On my bike,
The joy of playing
As much as I like!

But now as they say
I am a grown up boy,
I must forget
Those moments of joy!

Now that I have
Completed my teens,
I must realize
What the real world means!

But deep in my heart
I still treasure,
My childhood days
Which gave me pleasure!
