It's Always Only You

For so long it's been only you
Never another could compare
I'd come to you with my broken heart
And you have always been right there

The darkest days could stretch ahead
And clouds could hover above
Your tender heart would clear the skies
And bring sunlight full of love

Your selfless love and sacrifice
Your heart that's purest gold
Grows much sweeter every day
As my battered heart you hold

The peace and joy you bring to me
Has healed my heart, that's true
My heart gives happy thanks each day
For love, it's always only you
