Noisy Silence

When I sits alone
my mind gets distracted in thoughts,
Every try to get rid of it
goes in vein.
Battling with thoughts
made my life difficult,
leading my behavior
from normal to insane.
This ritual battle making
my life hell,
Lost my focus and interest
survived with pain.
Silence is loud and noisy
and its unbearable
wanna get rid of it,
as soon as possible.
