Some good free advice to all ESL poets on Poemhunter: write your poems in your first language (after you've become familiar with your culture's best contemporary poets) : then find a talented native English poet to help you translate your poems into good English. If you do this, I'll read your works with pleasure (and a lot less trepidation!) AND this is a real question: why do you write poems in English?

    When you constantly try to solve a problem, and the answer is always wrong, either give up or go mad.
    In your case, it may be too late to give up.; ¬)
