It's all so very personal. Just relax your mind and let your heart/soul take over. Write from your gut, whatever you feel or think. Let pen or keyboard flow freely. Edit later when you're empty of the emotions that began the writing.....like how you stop eating when full and satisfied from a delicious meal. And....keep a note pad handy to note creative thoughts as they come to you as you are about other business. Then refer back to your notes when you return to pen or keyboard.
