Awfully-well dressed man

It's time for the awfully well dressed man to get
ready from his black shoes to his belt to his tie that
acts like a prison choked by the bars around him
the tie clipped down to his knees struggling for air
by hand the tie is cursed held by the neck till you turned
blue blended with the tie tied tight and high till you
black out the tie is like a snake coming to you alive
his belt wrapped around tight leaving a mark that's well
fitted his shoes, his shoes are like dogs.
