When the floor is covered in tears
Flowing from a heart no longer whole
When my arms reach out to where
Used to be a loving little soul
...

His giant eyes swallowed the night
He peered out his hollow tree
Then hopped out on a limb
His feathers shone forbodingly
...

Katy did Katy did Katy did said only one
Katy didn't katy didn't chorused a ton
katy did Katy did its not just games and fun
Katy didn't katy didn't bellowed that great crowd
...

He was tall, and dark
His face looked fierce, though weathered
He rode right up to us
His headress long and feathered

When My Heart Is Breaking

When the floor is covered in tears
Flowing from a heart no longer whole
When my arms reach out to where
Used to be a loving little soul
A tear-stained face, a wet pillow
Eyes made soft in sorrow
Maybe things will turn out right
Maybe will be better on the morrow!

Tho fast asleep I moan
As tho in great suffering
My heartbreak shows thru slumber
My tender soul is aching
My sister, tho she leaves now
Will ever be in my heart
And of my life & mind
She will be a part
