Edna Pine Poems

Rumbling, rumbling, tumbling, crashing
Down to the valley floor
A beautiful sight
Enhanced by the sunlight,
...

How beautiful the city looks
Adorned in its array
Flowers displayed everywhere
Make streets and gardens and parks so gay.
...

What is the millennium?
A time to look back
And a time to look forward
Looking back we applaud the good things done
...

The Best Poem Of Edna Pine

A Waterfall

Rumbling, rumbling, tumbling, crashing
Down to the valley floor
A beautiful sight
Enhanced by the sunlight,
Sparkling to the great delight
Of all who witness such a scene.
It happens continually all year round
One of nature's wonders which abound.
As we pass by the purple heathers greet the eye
On the top of the cliffs from where the rushing water comes.
Nature dispels all feelings of loneliness
With her bounty of gifts to all who pass by.
