Diem Enjee Poems

On attraction and lust;
on hard rock and steel,
it bring us together,
and emits how we feel.
...

I am standing under storms
filled with warped, yet wonted forms,
and in my troubled state, I see
the man that I would dare to be.
...

I am trapped under a ceiling
giving me a hopeless feeling.
Every time I try to pass,
I end up trapped behind the glass.
...

To be a dream. To be a dream;
to be as simple as it seems.
To be so simple, yet complex.
You're that which makes me so perplexed.
...

Oh, how I wish that I could be
the one to kiss the lips of thee.
For thine lips are precious things
worth more than gold or diamond rings.
...

If all my fears are coming true,
and all the thoughts of me and you
are fading to some recent past,
then spare my heart a sturdy cast.
...

They said you're gone, but you're still here
inside my heart and every tear
that dries up on my listless cheek
and kills me slowly every week.
...

I am standing under storms
filled with warped, yet wonted, forms,
and in my troubled state, I see
the man that I would dare to be.
...

You left me here, alone and haunted
by the dreams I thought we wanted.
My heart, once strong, has now eroded.
My harmful thoughts and tears corroded

On Magnetism

On attraction and lust;
on hard rock and steel,
it bring us together,
and emits how we feel.

The bonds of a magnet
buried deep in the soul
are powerless against
the strength of the pull.

The meeting of bonds
can end with collision;
the breaking of bonds
needs but one incision.

However, the case
is only true for the ones
who have yet to locate
their equivalent one.

For the pull does not falter;
it won't alter its course.
It's always for certain, and
it will find the source.

The magnet of beings
is buried deeply within
It's forever searching, and
at birth it begins…

To bring us together;
to blot out the fears;
to flare up the passion;
to fabricate tears,

and the end of the pull
leads far after death.
It outlives the lovers,
and it never rests.

We all are but magnets
in a world made of stone.
No matter what happens
you are not alone.

Come critics to say
That I bathe in idealism,
but I refuse to give up
on love and on magnetism.
