Stomach expedited hunger waves
No sooner did the brain decode
that I stood inside a hotel in front of the table

I needed an eraser.
To erase memories which have left me scathe,
To erase people who made a scapegoat of me,
off my mind

A little baby cute as clay idol,
wriggling in sand like it were a bed.
Dust and dirt paints its body,
As sun shines on,

The irony is'nt so subtle,
Man is rejoicing not his ability to speak, talk
and express,
but of being the only one capable of articulation.

I know not why they haunt me
ceaselessly pecking and prodding my back
through the day, through the night
diffusing shades of grey into sublime white.

In the darkest hour of solitude,
Erupted the repressed noises of detest
Towards the world which chided .
Liberation she wished for had arrived

As Doom's day closes in,
Mankind swarms streets with a deafening din.
Rewind the scenes played a year back,
A frightening dragon said,

Conscience In Deep Stupor

On that afternoon,
Stomach expedited hunger waves
No sooner did the brain decode
that I stood inside a hotel in front of the table
a sexagenarian lady not leaving a single morsel behind
cleaned the table.
As I watched her insolently, feeling even hungrier
Not bothered about what she felt
I had a sumptuous meal.

Just when I thought
I had enough food for body and soul
Conscience woke up
Perhaps, an indolent afternoon slumber it was
asked; if that was humane
