Changed the world for you and me

I really didn't see it coming
The pain I put you through
Alll those lonely nights
When I wasn't there for you

I am who I am
Always will be
For I was born
Not by choice
...

I've come to know a friend
Who could give me things
I thought I no longer could obtain in life
Asking nothing in return but love
...

Sometimes we seek things
That we never really lost
They are there within are reach
If only we open our eyes and heart to them
...

There is nothing here
You can take from me
That my heavenly Father
Doesn't have waiting for me
