We are how!

I slept with the depth of a winter bear
And dreamt summer beaches
And the sand which's there
And hungered for a picnic
...

Wind of fibres, reel of time
Rings the radiant knell,
Ways on ways end seamless days,
Ephemeral implements dispel.
...

A little word, a bit defeatist,
A gate keeper to progress
Or fun, crusher of dreams,
Negativity personified.
...

'Good on you! '
Came the supportive exclamation 
For news of achievement,
Or one up victory over an aggressor
...

Are you deaf mate? Why?
Because there's a sign there,
Can't you read?
Don't worry! It's my job!
...

See them all
Hear the call
And one by one
Into line they fall.
...

An atheist secular humanist
Preferred proof to faith its antithesis,
When shocked the poor sod,
Would exclaim, 'Oh my non-god! '
