Leanne Aldigme Poems

She came with those big blue captivating eyes
All heads turn as she walked down the aisles
Wearing her famous innocent smiles
That gorgeous face that hides all lies.
...

When the time is right and the day is due
I shall endow myself to a man who is true
Who will give me sunshine through the rain
And cherish me when I am in vain
...

Beg I did
For the love that you've hid
Tears I shed
For the words that you've said
...

Physically mature, mentally young
Messing with others, getting drunk
Everything to lose, nothing to gain
Putting the young dear life into vain
...

Words that pierce like a heated knife,
Shouts that corrupts an innocent life.
In the shadows of the cold night,
Shivers in terror and fright.
...

It started as a beautiful bond,
But ended like a deserted land.
That once warm smiles that fills each others heart,
Turned into a sad and mournful piece of art.
...

To you this I say,
The things I kept at bay.
For you to know my throe,
For you to reap what you sow.
...

Chin held up so high
Brows rose asking why
Walks proud and bold
Boast the power you hold
...

You are my Zeus
I am your Hera.
I have loved you forever
But you loved another.
...

You said you love me
But no love I see
You said you'll never leave me
But you turned away and flee
...

11.

She loves and she cries,
She wants to kneel yet choose to rise,
She does good yet they see her bad,
Outside she’s happy, inside she’s sad.

Corruption Of The Mind

She came with those big blue captivating eyes
All heads turn as she walked down the aisles
Wearing her famous innocent smiles
That gorgeous face that hides all lies.

Talk once and everyone came, all ears
Hanging in every word she rears
Bewitched by those pair of lips that beautifully utters
No one had seen the murderous look that she wears.

As time flies ahead
Everyone around was all red
Except her who do the raid
Sweeping all the purity within until it fade.

When the clock strikes at midnight
She is nowhere in sight
Too late to regret, too late to fight
Now the wrong had covered what is right.
