Love.
Such a strong and powerful thing.
Pushing through all boundaries.
Seeing past the color of skin.

They smile.
They laugh.
They play.
A small girls heart.

A dream.
A world of wonder.
Beautiful beginnings, an abundance of love.
A nightmare.

Life comes at you in a flash.
You never know what is going to happen.
You never know how you're going to take it,
but no matter what,

Dear Daddy,

When we were together I tried out new things.

Love.
Such a strong and powerful thing.
Pushing through all boundaries.
Seeing past the color of skin.
For he loved her,
and she loved him.
Married, together for life.
Not a single doubt in mind.
She made the perfect wife.

Anger.
Dangerous beyond belief.
Ideas planted in his head.
Fire burning in his eyes.
Within the lies, he saw the truth.
The flame burst, he snapped.
Then there she lies, motionless.
Limp in her bed.
All because of the lies he so foolishly believed.

Regret.
He sees what he has done.
Innocent girl killed by the hands of a lie.
He looks at her lifeless body.
Remorse in his eyes.
'I kissed thee ere I killed thee. No way but this.
Killing myself, to die upon a kiss.'
His last words.
Now, again, together for life.
Within the depths of Heaven or Hell.
