My suicide, though I've not died,
is going just as planned
I'm sinking in slow sand
tied to a rubber band
...

I tend to tread alleys
at the dead of night
some times I see rapists
sometimes a gang fight
...

The homeless man sets down his can and then begins to play,
singing the songs from older days,
he doesn't dress like he's been paid,
I stall to listen,
...

Never should have said I loved you
You said it first, what could I do
I woke up naked; you were too
I thought we were just having fun
...

I need to get some toothpaste
I need to get some teeth
I need to get some molars
because it's hard to eat
...

I started to write
back in seventh grade
I easily sunburn
I'll stay in the shade
...

All set for an adventure,
Would you like to come with me?
we could head into the mountains,
or the shallow southern sea,
...

You're an ant.

You're a soldier,
You're a worker,
...

On top of my game
I've nothing to gain
from a burnout who burned out last week
...

We started to live
we started to die
You started by poking a stick in my eye
...

I'm bracing for the fall out
of the fight
the deadly radiation
what a sight
...

Sinking In Slow Sand

My suicide, though I've not died,
is going just as planned
I'm sinking in slow sand
tied to a rubber band
I'm in denial

I write this rhyme to kill the time
before it kills me first
you've seen me at my worst
I'm building up a thirst
for my revival

Its coming soon, this afternoon
will surely be my last
I'm living in the past
oh life goes by so fast
when you ignore it

Remember when you took me in,
sheltered me from the rain
then you got in my veins
its driving me insane
I can't ignore it

down to my neck, my life's a wreck
I want to leave this hell
but I hear wedding bells
oh I can never tell
when I am finished

A moment left, my final breath
is short, bitter, and sweet
again we'll never meet
this overwhelming heat
is now diminished.
