Goodbye

I am a tortured soul, imprisoned on this earth
An ugly object of disdain, despised and of no worth
Too many tears, too much hurt, too impossible to be
Why am I so unlovable; what is wrong with me?
I am nothing Not worth catching if I fall
If I disappeared forever It wouldn't matter at all
Just because I don't ask, doesn't mean I don't need help, I do,
Help, to stop my sorrow, attempt suicide, and the cutting too,
What I feel is something beyond sorrow
I keep finding myself dreading tomorrow
I lie on my bed tears falling from my eyes
I have the blankets over my head to muffle the cries
But if the pain and darkness continues to exist
Then suicide will become harder to resist
Today is the day I wipe my tears,
Today is the day I end all fears,
I take this blade to my chest,
as I lie my body down to rest
