Charles Reed Poems
Running, running. Can't run fast enough Just need a way out Just need another escape
The Girl That Hid It All
She walks the streets of pain and misery she swallows the pills labeled lies and hatred she pretends not to see, not to feel she walks the street with the dagger in her heart the hurt in the chest and the confusion in the mind.
Fear, empowerment, anger, and pain. These are the things that run through my veins. Hateful, reproachful, irritated and struck. These are the things that buzz in my head
Sorrows Of Deep
As I watch and see the expression of life I weep and wish to be there. I watch and waste away as I wish I was with you. Lingering in the darkness so alone and so far gone. I crave for your touch and your warmth as I simply lay here numb to the touch.

Can't run fast enough
Just need a way out
Just need another escape
Running, running, until your soles bleed
Running, running, until your soul is gone
Running, running, just need to hide
Running, running, running from life
Running, running, running from yourself
Running running it just won't stop
Running, running this heart keeps beating...
