I Knew Love

I knew love when it was true it started like a seed and then it grew a mighty tree it became
sheltering me from the wind and rains
Its roots kept me anchored in times of joy and pain. I will nurture it with kindness honesty and respect. I will care for it always and never will I neglect or take for granted that the love entrusted to me.
