His death departs us now
You grieve without a sound
The peaceful look upon his face
Just know that he’s in a better place

in remembrance of the people who have lost their lives on a dreadful day
this wont be so much of a poem, but I've got something to say

On September 11th people all over the world will remember that day. So much violence and hatred in this world. It is so unfair to the parents who had to endure this day knowing their child iss somewhere else than with you at a time like this. It is also unfair to the people who died because of people's careless acts. September will always be a day of silence for me. Knowing that my parent got deeply affected by peoples acts.

I should, I should, I should
But part of me says no
I wish I could make up my mind
I’m missing the part of me that you just brought home
...

I’m scared
I’m scared
Come stand by my side
To be my bright light
...

I Sit and think, Hey, I’m just wondering
If my life will ever be different
Full of wonders, full of choices
It will never happen, say the voices
...

Sometimes I sit awake at night
Listing to the noises,
Thinking about what you can’t see without a light
I’m scared to drift asleep
...

Sometimes when I think of teachers
I start to think of creatures
They give you tons of homework
They chase you with torches

He Lifts Away

His death departs us now
You grieve without a sound
The peaceful look upon his face
Just know that he’s in a better place
I’ll pray for you everyday
I just know that you’ll be o.k.
I see the tears rolling down your cheeks
My heart just starts to skip a beat
I grieve for your loss
But your still my boss
Come back and teach us
It feels like a must
