CatherineLouise Taylor Poems

One day at school, her misery started.
A full-of-herself girl,
and a shy little child.
The small punches,
...

You are friendly, kind and caring
Sensitive, loyal and understanding
Humorous, fun, secure and true
Always there... yes, your my girls.
...

A pillow pushing hard against my face,
To soften my sinful cries.
To cover my pain and disgrace,
And hide away my lies.
...

I love you both,
Honestly, I do.
But im torn,
In the middle,
...

Your heart is so big,
Yet no-one understands.
Your great, and loving,
Your powerful yet gentle.
...

Now and Then I may be mean,
Now and Then I may seem tough,
Now and Then I may be quiet,
Now and Then I may be a kill-joy,
...

You walk in as red as fire,
I know why, but too polite I ask.
You dont talk to me,
But are quite happy arguing with my friends.
...

She walks around,
Trying to please everyone.
But one fine day, Her world was broke;
A girl dumped her boy-friend,
...

I found you on the ground one day,
You looked so lonely and scared.
I picked you up and held you close,
I descided to call you Bruce.
...

When I have no one to turn to
And I am feeling kind of low,
When there is no one to talk to
And nowhere I want to go,
...

He stands with no emotion,
No expression on his small, round face.
No-one knows how he feels inside,
Its like he's hiding in a little, sealed case.
...

She is 6 years old,
Walking home from school,
Alone.
Mother still drunk.
...

Is it true that Magpies are atracted to shining objects?
Is it true that god made earth?
Is it true that directly below us, Australia sits,
Is it true the world spins round on an invisible axis?
...

Three boys,
Three decisions,
Three parts to the story,
...

Your spoilt and you had everything you wanted,
Then you grew up on the outside,
But forgot on the inside,
Things change as you get older,
...

Best friends forever,
thats what we said.
Until the dreadful day,
When that promise,
...

Just when i think things cant get worse,
There you are, smiling back at me.
We are all laughing, joking,
You come and silence, for goodness sake Take The Hint!
...

Everyone yelling and screaming blue murder around me,
I sit down, Silent and watch the madness.
Teacher's yelling, Unable to keep control,
Very few are like me, Most are throwing and yelling.
...

I watch you all as you talk behind my friends back,
I cant believe you would say such a thing,
But what can I do? What could i say?
Should I tell my friend what you have said?
...

Green grass is growing all around me,
Flowers budding and standing tall.
Children are laughing and playing,
Running and screaming from every angle.

The Suicidal Struggle

One day at school, her misery started.
A full-of-herself girl,
and a shy little child.
The small punches,
The small hurtful comments.
She got upset,
Ran out of class.
Alone and cold, she ran alone,
She reached her house,
6 Miles away.
And banged on the door,
To hear no reply.
She ran to the back,
Where she knew the door was unlocked.
She sat on her bed,
Crying she wrote;
'Im Sorry Mum, I Cant Live Like This'.
And with that final stroke,
Of the Fine nibbed pen.
Her hand grabbed a knife,
And her misery had come to an end.
