Just for tonight
I’m hoping one day soon it’ll be every night

Midnight
Shoes, socks, pants, shirt, bra, off in that order.
One giant T-shirt goes on.
Door opens, smile across his face
...
Phone rings
It’s his brother
I’m at work on break
Those horrific words come through the phone
...
Had a great a write in my head
Sat down started to type
Mind goes blank
Watch TV for a minute
...
Clouds start to form, rain starts to fall
There I am standing in an open field, nowhere to run
One look at you, stumbling over my own two feet I go
There I fall into the warm embrace of your arms
...
You left me, alone in this world
I do not understand, tell me why
Come back for one more day so I can have a proper goodbye

A sweet gentle kiss goodnight
Every morning
A kiss good morning
Seeing your smile
One day a ring on our fingers
Two kids running around, and they to be the cutest kids in the world
Just to spend the rest of my life with you.
I may be dreaming
I may be in my own little world, But
I Love you with every little breath I take and you’re the one that I want
Forever and Always
