It's All Okay

'It's all okay', is what I tell people every day,
When really, inside my mind,
I feel trapped, and confined,
Yes, it could be much worse,
But sometimes it feels like a curse,
So I've decided to spill the thoughts and feelings in my head,
Before I get myself permanently put to bed,
because sometimes these thoughts I feel,
can distract you and me from what is real,
they tell me I'll be okay,
which one day may be true, but do you?
do you know these feelings that feel like they'll never end?
Well if you do, I do too friend,
So take this feeling, of anguish and pain,
And light it in your mind to stop this dismal mental rain,
Because right now, it may some like it'll never end,
but I'm with you, I feel it as well, so hang in there friend.
