Silently she sat there
All torn apart and crushed
Life filled with sorrow
The burden had been too much

She flew out of the sky,
An angel in despair.
Her wings had been broken,
she crashed through the air.

I asked the angel why had you fallen?
He replied, because i wanted more.
You had such a lovely life,
why would you throw it out the door?

A room
off on its own,
Laughing children, throwing stones,
Teasing times, heartbreak chimes,

My mind fills with fear,
No trust standing near.
Painful memories true,
They haunt and shatter through.

Angel of mercy,
please be with me.
My hearts been all broken,
and shattered you see.

My fears took control
Disaster was in the air
I had no-where to run
I was already there
...

My mind is often muffled,
confusion always near,
everything's impossible,
everything's unclear.

Too much too little too late
Alone went the mouse down past the gate
Running as fast as he could
Trying to find a place that was good

Sadness within me
It is seeping through my veins
And engulfing my soul
My eyes grow weary
