What is this day, when you look so fine,
Waiting to be my perfect Valentine?

There is a story of where this comes from,
My favourite, is Saint Valentine, from Rome.

Now, I may spend all my lifetime,
Question, if it's real or a perfect marketing plan.

I may send a thousand blossoms,
To the one, who wakes my heart,

But in that moment of love and passions,
I'll get my kisses from opossums.

You may fill a thousand lakes,
With tears of joy & tears of praise.

You'll keep your heart locked deep and tight,
In the toughest cage you can find.

Hoping, I'll come and rip! it apart,
While reaching gently for your unbroken heart.

I may forget or sweep you away,
Make you cry or meet your best pray.

Climb a summit to meet your mind,
Chase the wildest rose and find.

It's just a day, like all else before,
No more or less than those that follow,

Wait, there is no true in this say.

It would be, like any other day,
It would be, but it never ever may…

Because your mind carries me,
While your heart follows my journey.

Because I feel the pain you do,
While my senses yearn only for you.
