Moshe has a headache
and wants to go
and see the doctor.
His friend advises against it:
'One does not go to the doctor's
because of merely a headache! '
But Moshe disagrees.
'You don't understand.
The doctor needs to live, too.'
Moshe gets a prescription from the doctor
and marches straight to the pharmacy.
'Don't be a fool, ' says his friend,
'that headache will go away all by itself! '
'Be quiet', counters Moshe,
'The pharmacist needs to live, too.'
Moshe takes the medicine out from the pharmacy,
and pours it into the ditch right away.
His friend exclaims, all aghast:
'Heavens! that expensive medicine! ! '
Answers Moshe, outraged:
'So what? ? I need to live, too! '
