A Man, A Man No More!

A man he was; A man no more!
A man who stood tall; A man who has fallen to the floor.
A man in all he did; A man who now lives in shame.
A man who never laid fault; A man with only him self to blame.
A man who never lied; A man who now can't stop.
A man with his dreams in reach; A man who can't reach the top.
A man who was happy; A man who now can't find the strength to wake up.
A man who always wanted more; A man who now has had enough.
He sits and waits; waits for the day to end.
His life broken, wreaked; unable to mend.
A man; A man no more.
Broken all the way to the core.
