I see the cats every night
I see them perched up on the wall through the bedside window
Staring at me in silence -
Their eyes flashing in the darkness like small orange buttons
...

When you look at me
With those laughing eyes
Seemingly amused at my beguile inanity
I want to look away –
...

Want to feel another breath –
Another life?
See, how it feels a lot different.
...

We all do it and just like that
It needs no judgment -
Searching for a niche in the dark
And sometimes, during late night
...

I read the book and it was a good book
Able to stuff my head with typography

I leafed through those pages in brazen frenzy
...

The night is cold and the streets colder
With the heater working
In these coldest months -
It's Christmas Eve.
...

And one day when it's time,
They will come for me.
And what shall I do?
Shall I make it difficult?
...

Hell breaks loose
At every spark
To garnish souls
With passion dark
...

What do mountains say in the middle of the night?
Those shrouded chroniclers of obscurity
With words murmured in cold whispers
Drawn into their stony self?
...

The day I start loving you once again
Will be the day you stop thinking of me,
The day you stop uttering my name
In and out of conscience;
...

What it takes for a life to possess another?
Benediction? Sympathy? Illusive likeness?

What it takes for a life to possess another?
...

Sometimes it matters,
Though mostly it scatters
In bits profane
And amidst the clatter
...

Let us not
When the moon's high
And flesh calls to justify
The thought.
...

You are so alone
And in fact fact we both are;
Yet the pulsating circle of individuality
Doesn't mean to bring us together -
...

Sometimes it comes to me, walking along the sidewalks of Lindsay in lone summer evenings – times that are just for myself - my long felt urge for passionate crimes - nonsensical love to strangers having yellow teeth - the wanton for Isolde to come and a Tristan to emerge out of recognition with all unfathomable desires, unexplained blemishes and invincible perversions of an ultimate lover!

I walk down the choppy streets grazing through those no good shops, the frustrated hawkers masturbating with their bundles in crowded corners
And
...

I want to write
But not for those who surround us,
Not for sorcery or miracles larger than life
But for life itself
...

I just want to say this to you
It no longer matters how and where –
In the river
On the shore
...

The boy enters the school house
And the fox enters the hole,
The owl into the dark night
And unforetold
...

My cold flesh creeps
My lone being sways
Sometimes I sit and almost always
...

I See The Cats

I see the cats every night
I see them perched up on the wall through the bedside window
Staring at me in silence -
Their eyes flashing in the darkness like small orange buttons

Silent and unspoken those pairs of red dots flicker
In the dark here and there,
As if it's the darkness they caress
Lapping up the last bit of it with relish
And words move away...

What else can I write?
This is something that I see
Just a scene, a sight among plenty
I see throughout the day.

I see it every night and thoughts escape,
Slowly they die out
Lost in a conundrum of ruthless memories
I can no longer recall
Before passing off slowly into my kind of darkness
Silent - unspoken...
