More than words sweet and humble gestures that loudly pronounce
Your need for me so deep that the world mocks calling you blind!

took you past your misery.

When words are trying to make their
way out, trying to say something

In the realm of the household
Wreckage need to be fixed
Almost every other day
When a washing machine breaks down

I need real inspiration
and far less distraction
to record the mind’s deliberations,
of its various emotions.

My poetry don't die on me,
you are the next best thing finally.
I am of the genre ordinary,
at least with you I matter momentarily.

The heart is bursting with things to say
yet the mind is difficult to prey
like the weather that is unpredictable
it doesn't for long in one place stay.

One day when you grow up sweetheart
I'll look back on this time
I'll think of those painful nights
when you refused to sleep on time!
