Mourning for long
Travelling far away
Disappearing like a cloud
Feeling worn and old
...

I have a sheikh in the apartment
A gold Ferrari parks on the road
A traffic warden puts warning tickets
On the same Rolls-Royce every day

Endless Motorway

Mourning for long
Travelling far away
Disappearing like a cloud
Feeling worn and old

It is already May, too late
You move on somewhere a place
No name has yet been given

One says damn it!
Too bad what is going on
Only a flying visit
Leaving you early and alone

When it all was happening
Like crazy evening stars
We went on and off
And kept twisting and dancing

Those fireworks
Before the New Year
By now many years of your silence
Nonsense!
Making me only tense

My speechless thoughts
I am losing my hair
and losing my tooth

No matter my living abroad
Now being back to
My sécond home

In the western world
It is all happily happening
No one way for people
To make a living

One is driving his life on two wheels
Like a real wanderer
On an endless motorway

Others living between two continents
While dreaming different sentiments
Strangers

No matter mind, no soul, no ocean anymore
No waves, no place, no way, anymore
No way!
