Alice June Poems

A walk into the woods, any woods,
Singing will change all the moods.
I'll fly into the woods to escape,
And while there I shall rape,
...

And when we become eighty,
Our love for each other will be; maybe?
I see you in crowds when you aren't really there,
I hear your voice, see you in other faces, but where?
...

If when I am through living on this earth,
Would it be questionable as to the worth?
If you are sad remembering me,
Then you never really knew me.

Into The Woods

A walk into the woods, any woods,
Singing will change all the moods.
I'll fly into the woods to escape,
And while there I shall rape,
The vine of its berry,
Then watch the bird be airy,
I'll steal the sun of its shine,
Yes, it all will be mine,
For only that moment while I am there,
Now I shall leave the air to the air.
Thanks to the higher power,
For all this time hour by hour,
We shall all know when it is time to go,
But for now, shall we walk just a little bit slow?
