What are you going to do with the power, the power you hold in your mind, are you going to make the right choices today? Don't go at it blind!
For this power is a great gift from above, it was given to us through an undeserved kindness called LOVE!

Like a magnet, you pull me towards you! Tugging at my heart.
When I am close to you, I lose all sense of direction!

I wake every morning living this song,
Praying on my bed that nothing goes wrong.
While I look forward to a new day, I tell myself it'll be okay.

Away with you dark cloud, get away from me! Stop Hovering above me, And set me free!
Although you've occupied my mind, all these years, all you've done was bring me countless tears!

Husband of a beautiful wife for 13yrs and father of 3 wonderful children. I am 39 years old, and enjoy spending time with my family. I took up writing a few years ago, but barely decided to share them online. This is a first for me, so I hope y'all enjoy! Thanks for visiting.)

As I sit here, I feel consumed by my insecurities and thoughts of quitting life!
I remind myself of 5 good reasons for living, GOD, my 3 children, and my beautiful wife!
As I beg my heavenly father for endurance to run this race, I remind myself to live life at a much slower pace!
If I'm not careful, I may get caught up in the stresses, that this life can bring! So, I take time out for myself and my family, its just as important that I fInd a special song to sing!
And I'll never forget to give praise to GOD above, for showing me his undeserved kindness and love!
As I remember my LORD showed me the way, to live life to the fullest each day!
So I'll be of good courage, and seek strength from above, and clothes my heart with laughter and love!
If I follow this simple instruction I will escape isolation!
