Adelaide Poems

Pale face, so very fragile, feeling of glass.
Covered in darkness, playing in gardens.
One holds roses, the other gets scratched with the thorns.
They look almost natural, unless you actually see,
...

Your skin is cold, but there's light in your eye's.
Your halo is cracked, but you still get the best of me.
Your smile isn't there always but it's still what I dream.
Your thoughts might not always be with me, but I still know them,
...

It's morning and I woke up with you on my mind
I can't wait to see you

It's almost afternoon and I miss you
...

6.

As the roses die,
I'll bring more for your grave.
It' hasn't stopped raining
since that fateful day
...

There was a girl, who lived a fantasy.
She was terrified, never showing her true self,
just her mask.
Her whole life she lived as a facade.

One lie lead to another, which broke the bridge between us,
If I wanted to come back to you I would have to jump in the water.

Reality In Dreams

Your fantasy is slowly leaking into your reality, but your nightmares have been drifting towards the front of your mind the whole time. You try to stay awake for with sleep there is only dreams. Your dreams are coming by in wisp’s now blowing your dandelion thoughts all over your head. Your reality is now not fully real, but it’s better that way. As long as you enjoy the outcome, let life be your dream’s, your fantasies. Reality doesn’t always have to be “real” it just has to be your what dream it to be.
