As my eyes dim deep in death's counterfeit
My head nod to and fro to an unheard rhythm
As the feet of my heart sink low in the memory of the future
And my soul and body working solitarily in my being

When my ember of love grows
Into a full fire of love that glows
When the hidden eyes of my heart
Will shine my light of love on earth
