A Pragmatic Introspection

Hold your seconds, as they pass
coz they are the mentor
you take care of that miniature eternity
and they will take care of your hours

Hold your breath, for a moment to feel
what fragrance the world has for you
you relish every iota of the bulk you take
as they are the babbler, nascent and not fake

Hold your desires, within yourself sometimes
to let others go ahead with their dreams
you menawhile strengthen the urge to progress
coz sometimes failure for other's sake surpasses success

Hold your emotions, prevent the spill
coz it gives you reason for the time to kill
but never scruple to detonate for joy of others
even if you are unwell, and agony smothers

Hold yourself,
coz there are chances for you to change
time teaches and gives you space
to get embedded in the society
and even embrace solace
as the life seems failure to those
who live in the past and the dreams
but to a selected few, it is like a klaxon
which ceaselessly filters the oppurtunity and screams.
