Jeff Cannon- - - - - - on poem '' MY PLEASURE - - - - potent and stirring journey into claiming one's self, finding one's humanness underneath so many labels, clarifications, declensions of being. Then as if that is not enough, claim the consequence of that information, knowledge, body wisdom so as live in the expanding and ever widening landscapes of so many socially worlds likewise calibrated to accept or reject one by its volume of definitions. An ongoing pilgrimage inward and outward until we die not from exhaustion but merely from the last tick of our clock time here as earth creature co-inhabitor of unconditionally gifted wonder - thanks for this poem Abdul Wahab

Jeff Cannon Yes, how hard to recognize our own wonder, beauty, presence and accept it, befriend it, without the tender gaze of the other, spilling moon light grace over us, drenching us with embraced attention, a spirit mirror for us to swim in, know ourselves at home in the spinning world - thank u Abdul Wahab, for this tender piece, insight with body heart, massaging mind back into garden sensuality embracing the wholeness along with the mystery, asking its questions, answering a few, teasing us all the time to enter the speckled colors of its laughter come to know them without rejecting any of them

Oh it's so good, Wahab. Yes, I agree. We all should speak up when we see an injustice or witness a wrong thing done to another! Love it :)

Exceptional piece. You write powerfully and I am moved by both your faith and your words. This reminds me of my friend Vicky's work and I refer to her as a voice in the wilderness.

This touches depths! Great Write! You summed up the situation well in your last two lines. The question now is how does one fill the emptiness of spirit. Perhaps you have the answer which you can express in your next poem. Have a nice day!

>≫≫I Want To Die

Heavenly cursed and heavily sinned I
No more i like to add them, so, I want to die
And I want to become a holy ghost
Whom the people would like the most.
Like the retreating soldiers I like to come back
To my own permanent and eternal home
You may call it a suicide or martyrdom.

In my real home I see the news
Coming from the lipstick coated lips
In the television of my molten death
People are sobbing with a heavy breath.
The atmosphere is heavy and they feel the pain
This thrills me and gives a feeling of gain.

A lot of praise and admiration I got when I was full of innocence
Now, I am under crook clumsy seductive adolescence.
Keeping head straight, running life difficult a lot
Sensing the senses makes me a bewildered pot.
Unknown pricks me, the soul is heavy and restless
The world appearing suffocated ruthless.
Sentiment creeps in, around hard blowing the wind.
I do not know how to cool and keep quiet my mind.
