Viper Kiss

Darkness ate the light,
the tree beard its fruit,
revealing the truth.
Underneath its fruit,
lies the dead of the world.

Ignited by the light,
the dead was humming.
Colorful waves swallowed,
then murdered its pride.

Deserting the life,
living it of guarded.
The dead dances with the corpse,
perverting religious acts.

Thread of lies,
created a rope of disgrace.
The corpse becomes its puzzle piece.
Mourns every season,
pained by the truth, thy joy is a lie.

Apple of the eye is its prey.
Like a lion,
neglected of flesh for three lifetimes.
bathe in thy blood,
before having thy heart.

The humming, stops and so as them dance.
Glimpse of the light turns gold
lifting this shallow sight.
Only to witness,
the absence of thy soul and heart.

Tortured by the truth,
fooled by grief
led the dead to the highest peek.
Ringed the rope of disgrace,
then whispered to the wind,
thy heart be together,
in the next glimpse of the dark.
